SIZE INFORMATION Please consider, all The House of Temple products are shown in American and European sizes, and all products have American size labels. You can find a Size Table for each product. The Size Table serves as an indicator to help you find the right size. Please don't forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the item. Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our team will be more than happy to assist you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY IN THE HOUSE OF TEMPLE ONLINE STORE All items that you can see in The House of Temple Online Store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors can already be sold out as we only stock an exclusive amount of items. In case your desired size and/or color are not available at the moment, you can leave your e-mail address to be notified when they are eventually back in stock.

SALES AND PROMOTIONS The House of Temple offers seasonal sales twice a year. To be notified and get your personal invitation before our sale starts or for other promotions and events, please check our events page. Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

PAYMENT METHODS The House of Temple Online Store accepts the following payment methods:

We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Your card or Klarna account will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. In case of payment through PayPal, the amount will be charged the day of the order. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your bank or PayPal account. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

KLARNA How does Klarna work?

If your order is eligible, you can choose Klarna at checkout for flexible payment options. The use of the payment methods may vary based on your purchase, country, total order amount, and is subject to credit check and approval by Klarna.

  • Pay now: You can choose to pay the full amount of your purchase now by credit card, direct debit, or direct bank transfer. For direct debit, please provide your bank details at the time of your purchase. You will be debited from your bank account once your order has been shipped. For direct bank transfer, log in to your personal bank account and authorize the full amount of payment at the time of your purchase.

  • Pay in 4 installments: The total cost of your purchase will be split into four installments with interest-free rates. Pay the first installment once your order is placed. The next three installments are automatically collected by Klarna every two weeks on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th week since your first installment. Please note that a one-time credit agreement is required, and approval will be notified by Klarna.

  • Financing: Choose flexible financing options to split the payment of your purchase evenly in monthly payments over a 6 or 12-month period. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases may vary based on the amount of your purchase and country of residence, ranging between 0 - 28.99%. Monthly financing through Klarna is issued by WebBank, member FDIC. Other CA resident loans are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license. For further information click here. How to checkout with Klarna? Enter your card or bank account, or sign in with your Klarna account. Easily manage your purchases and payments in the Klarna account online or on the app.

How to schedule payments? Payments are collected from the debit or credit card or bank account provided at the time of purchase. All scheduled payments are communicated by email. Review your purchases by logging in to your Klarna account online or on the app.

How to cancel payments or manage returns? Once we have accepted your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.

TAXES AND DUTIES Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary Page. A summary of applicable duties and taxes is shown at checkout before completing order payment.

U.S. For orders shipped to a U.S. delivery address, The House of Temple charges state and local taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable law.
